职业院校教师课堂领导力与学生自我效能感的相关性研究

摘要:

本研究以深圳三所职业院校的在校学生为调查对象,对职业院校学生自我效能感状况展开调研,掌握职业院校学生自我效能感现状,剖析影响因素,厘清自我效能感与课堂设计、课堂环境、课堂融合的正相关作用。在此基础上,提出提升职业院校学生自我效能感的策略:叙事赋能共启职业发展愿景,实践体悟职业素养成长路径;鼓励发掘自身核心优势,持续赋能学生主动学习;精准定位知识重难点,运用启发式教学克服学业倦怠。

Abstract:

By using research methods such as questionnaires and interviews, and taking, this study investigates the status of self-efficacy among vocational college students, with students from three vocational colleges in Shenzhen serving as the research subjects. The research maps the current situation of their self-efficacy, analyzes the influencing factors, and clarifies the positive correlation between self-efficacy and classroom design, classroom environment, and classroom integration. Based on the above research results, strategies for enhancing the self-efficacy of vocational college students are proposed: narrative empowerment to jointly initiate the vision of career development; practical experience to understand the growth path of professional qualities; encourage the discovery of core personal strengths, and continuously empower students to take the initiative in learning; accurately identify the key and difficult points of knowledge, and use heuristic teaching to overcome academic fatigue.
